bump in the road

I haven't really felt like blogging much, lately. Our family has hit a large bump in the road of life this past week. Corey was laid off from AT&T. *sigh* He was not alone. They plan on letting go a total of 12,000 people within the next year.
Please keep us in your prayers. If you know of anyone who is hiring, please pass the info along. We would really appreciate it.

Edited to add: Thank you so much for all of your love and support! We really appreciate it!!

  4. You will be in our prayers too! What does Corey do? I will let Jeff know and see if he knows anything. I would also check out lds employment services. They have TONS of resources from updating resumes, interviewing skills (Jeff has a list of 64 common questions asked in a job interview and how you should answer/what the employer is looking for...he got it from LDS employment services...EXTREMELY HELPFUL!-I will have him email it to you), they have lots of classes, networking, etc. You may already know all this but I wanted to pass it along.

  11. Oh, that totally stinks! I do know (from having many experiences with this stuff) that the Lord will blesses those that are faithful. Scott's greatest career blessing have come from these kind of times. We have some amazing stories! If you need some upliftment I can share some stories :)
